With more than two decades of hands-on experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Sean brings real operational knowledge to buyers and sellers navigating restaurant ownership transitions across Minnesota. His background includes leadership roles with nationally recognized restaurant brands, as well as ownership of multiple restaurant and service businesses alongside his wife and business partner, Vicky Lauer.

Sean holds a master’s degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting, providing him with strong financial insight that benefits restaurant owners preparing to sell and buyers evaluating opportunities. Earlier in his career, Sean spent 11 years with Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, where he developed a deep understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and team leadership. That experience sparked his long-standing passion for the restaurant industry and laid the foundation for his work today as a professional restaurant broker.
