With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry, Andrea has worked across a wide range of concepts, from casual dining to five-star establishments. Her background includes formal culinary training and a Culinary Arts and Operations diploma from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, giving her a deep understanding of labor models, food and beverage costs, menu strategy, lease terms, and the day-to-day realities that drive a restaurant’s true market value.

In addition to her hospitality background, Andrea is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering. She built a successful career managing complex programs across telecommunications, healthcare, and government sectors. This foundation equips her with strong expertise in valuation, financial analysis, risk management, and structured deal execution.
