Antoine Plessy has joined We Sell Restaurants as a Restaurant Broker for the Atlanta, Georgia team. Born in Paris, France, Antoine graduated from the renowned ESCE in 1983 with a B.S degree in international business and finance.
His passion for the free enterprise system soon led him to New York City where he spent three years building a distribution system for radioactive pharmaceuticals to over 2500 hospitals in the continental United States.
In 1987, Antoine followed his love for food and joined the then pioneer of the Bakery Café players “La Madeleine Bakery/Café” in Dallas, Texas.
Twelve years and 67 restaurants later, he joined Panera Bread Company at the onset of their explosive growth and was the first “Joint Venture Partner” in a business model that the company adopted for all company owned operations.
In early 2006 Antoine signed a development agreement with Mimi’s Café to open restaurants in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
Antoine brings a wealth of experience in operations, development, marketing, human resources, purchasing and financial analysis to the We Sell Restaurants team.He holds a Georgia real estate license and is fluent in both French and English.
